Of course, you can't compare it with an Arctic Freezer 36, which can dissipate heat much faster with its four 6mm heatpipes.
And this is probably also the problem in combination with the AMD Ryzen 7800X3D, for which the two heatpipes of the Arctic Freezer 8A are not enough, which cannot dissipate the abruptly generated heat quickly enough via two heatpipes, even if the cooling fins could be sufficient.
