PIII Katmai

Slavisa offline OC Newbie 20 Jahre dabei ! Intel Pentium III	I have PIII 450MHz Katmai and Siemens D1107 motherboard. I tried to overclock the CPU by covering up the pin A14, but nothing happens. The freq. remains the same. I checked several times and the pin IS covered. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions ?
