bei XTC-Host hatte ich Webspace gemietet und eine Domain registrieren lassen, Ferienhaus von meinem Schwiegervater in Holland, zwecks Vermietung ect.

Naja die Page war seit 2 Wochen down und die Provider Page auch :noidea:

Ich dann mal bei Denic nachgeschaut und siehe da, irgendein Fernandez war plötzlich Inhaber der Domain :noidea:

Ich bei der Denic nachgefragt " weil hatte ja für 12 Monate bezahlt" Antwort die Domain wurde zur Löschung freigegeben.
Dann habe ich diesen Fernandez mal angeschrieben, alles andere steht in der eingefügten E-Mail :lol:

Usually I don't like threats of people who I do not even know and would react back in a similar tone. It has never been an intention or interest to disturb a private domain project. Therefore ownership is deleted and it is free for you to register.

Fact is that this Domain shouldn't be available at all.

And something more Mr.Fernandez haus-ueberberg means house, and Ueberberg is a German surname. And the page was all about a Holliday-Haus in Holland, so I guess somebody toughed you something wrong ;-)

I definitely will give this Case to a lawyer and put this guy in regress and I will get this Domain back over the www.denic.de in Germany. In the moment you are the owner of this Domain because of xtc-host gave it back to Denic to delete it but I also presume that a phrase is definitely not the reason for this, else you would have registered this Domain a long time ago.

So wait a while and well see how long you will keep this DomainJ

Sorry this must be a misuderstanding. We registered haus-ueberberg.de as a free domain. Possibly you had a problem with a provider change or didn't prolong your registration - whatever reason, please understand that this is not our fault.

As far as I learned "haus ueber berg" is a generic German phrase. However, should you have a trademark on it, I won't have any problem to delete this domain again. Please just forward me some documentation on your trademark registration.

Sixix aus Liverpool offline Enhanced OC 20 Jahre dabei ! AMD T-Bred 1463 MHz @ 2003 MHz mit 1.74 Volt	ich vermute mal, dass du denen ordentlich auf den leim gegangen bist. xtc-host hat die kohle kassiert, dann dicht gemacht und die ganzen domains verkauft oder so :p

Intel Core i5 3200 MHz @ 3600 MHz 44°C mit 1.024 Volt	bis vor einem halben Jahr war der Typ noch echt in Ordnung, wenn da der Server mal down war, hat Er schon nach einem Tag eine Email geschickt und sich entschuldigt. Keine Ahnung warum der so einen Abgang hingelegt hat INTEL Sucks_Support AMD
