That's a great test system and a decent power supply for it!

And yes, if voltages fall below their nominal values, this is by no means a problem as long as they remain within the specified tolerance. In fact, it's often desirable for them to remain slightly below the nominal values. In this respect, a well-deserved purchase tip!
