? I dont know your problem, your Computer will start with multi 11, only if you want to get a lower multi you have to use cpu-msr

-- Veröffentlicht durch gugaz am 6:09 am 28. Juli 2006

Yes... but in Bios and not in Software :/

Bye!

-- Veröffentlicht durch Beomaster am 19:24 am 27. Juli 2006

with mobile mod, it will be 11
thats what you want, dont you?

Whit 1,65V / 12,5 x 188 my temperature is 53° C full .

Later i will set FSB to 193 and vcore to 1,7V.

So... in Mobile Mod, I will set multi whit Software or in Bios?

Tank you !

-- Veröffentlicht durch Beomaster am 17:49 am 26. Juli 2006

if the temperature is always below 55°C there will be no danger, even if you raise voltage to 1,75V

-- Veröffentlicht durch gugaz am 17:32 am 26. Juli 2006

Tank you... I understand!

So... in Mobile Mod, I will set multi whit Software or in Bios?

I use the PC + - 18 hours for day. I use 12.5 x 188 ... and if I set my Vcore to 1,7 ( for me up the FSB )

There is risk? Remember, i use + - 18 hours for day!

Tank you...

:-)

so, Pinmod will only work for Set FSB (only 200 available) or processor voltage (only 1,85V available)
if you want multi 11, you have to do Mobile Mod, but remember that this won't work on nf2 chipset

"If it is locked or unlocked you can verify looking at your processor code (the second row under your stepping code)
I.e. AQXFA 0343 RPMW.The numbers are your production year and week.
0343 would be Year 2003 in the 43rd week.
Every CPU produced after this date is locked and you can only overclock it via the FSB."

This is my steeping code:

AXDA2800KV4D ...
AQYHA 0402 MPMW

Unhappy, my processor is locked! 02 week, Year 2004

:/

I will read now!

After i back!

Bye...

-- Veröffentlicht durch Beomaster am 5:38 am 26. Juli 2006

you need it to read out whats on the black label on CPU
importent is the line that sounds similar to: AQZEA 0334 TPMW

-- Veröffentlicht durch gugaz am 5:20 am 26. Juli 2006

There are programs to show the processor steeping code or i need catch the processor in my hands?

Tank you!

You dont need to reset whole bios, if you only set FSB, processor and so  on on default, this would be enough

-- Veröffentlicht durch gugaz am 2:17 am 26. Juli 2006

Because i go in Bios and try to change the multi, but don't change!

So, i need to reset my Bios to change the standard multi and clock.

It's correct?

Cheers,

gugaz

with an nf2 chipset it is impossible to make the mobile mod
it will work only with other chipsets, for example from VIA or SiS

but are you sure your processor is locked?

-- Veröffentlicht durch gugaz am 6:06 am 25. Juli 2006

Ahhh, i don't want change de bridges of processor!

Tank you for support my friend...

Whit a Nforce2 Ultra chipset i can change my processor to mobile?

Maybe i buy a Abit an7...

Bye... ;)

-- Veröffentlicht durch Beomaster am 5:16 am 25. Juli 2006

look at the left sie of our forum, under "workshop" you will find a painting guide for TBred
if you close the 3rd L5 bridge on you CPU you will get a Mobile Barton with multi 11
there may be some strange things about VCore or multi with that the CPU starts in Bios, but in fact, this is the only way to get multi 11 with an superlocked CPU

-- Veröffentlicht durch gugaz am 4:02 am 25. Juli 2006

So, unhappy i can't unblock my multi to 11, because my processor have the multi block!

"you have to choose mobile mod to unlock your CPU. "

I don't know about this mod..

Do you say me?

Tank you! :)

-- Veröffentlicht durch Beomaster am 23:12 am 24. Juli 2006

As I said in AMD OC Forum:
If your CPU is unlocked you can change the multiplier via pinmod.
If your CPU is locked, you can't unlock it with pinmod, you have to choose mobile mod to unlock your CPU.
If the mobile mod work sucessfully you have multiplier 11

Hi.. i'm brazilian and don't speak english very good, but i will try! ;)

I have this machine:

AMD Athlon XP 2800+ @ 2350 Mhz | Cooler Vcom 39b Lapping + Thermaltake Smart Fan II | Abit Kv7 | 512 Mb Corsair VS 2.5-3-3-7-1T c/ dissipador | GF 4 Mx 440 AGP 8x + Evercool cobre @ 320/370 | HD Samsung 80 Gb SATA | SevenTeam 420 Bkv 2.0

Processor:

Original: 12,5 x 166 = 2083
Over: 12,5 x 188 = 2350

I want set my FSB to 200! But i need set my multi to 10 or 11 ( a first try )

My processor have the multi block.

So, i need unblock the multi whit pin mod, ok?

I only want set my multi to 11, and control FSB and Voltage in Bios!

Please, look: www.gugaz.kit.net/pinmod.jpg

I need make this pin mod? ( link up )

Or i need make other pin mod? I only want set my multi to 11x!

Bye, i'm wating for a help!

Tanks :-)
