60°C mit 1.325 Volt

-> if your temp ( 56 °C ) is correct then you need a new / better cooler before you start thinking about OC

then:

-> unlock the CPU by the paint-shop here .
-> i think you can adjust CPU Vcore / Multiplier / FSB in your BIOS ?
if yes, thats it ..

you can increase the FSB and / or the multi but watch at your temperature and you have to set an higher VCore for a stable system.. .. and higher VCore = Higher Temperature ..
