Can the "Pin-Mod guide v1.2" be used for my Sempron?

AMD Sempron	My cpu is Sempron 3000+(barton),and it's multiplier is locked,so my question is: can the "Interactive Pin-Mod guide v1.2 for AMD Athlon XP, T-Bred and Barton CPUs" be used for this CPU to unlock the multiplier ?
