if you want to check out if your new settings are stable, it would be enough to test it with SuperPi
if you want to test your final settings for stability, you might run prime for some hours, it will give errors by the smallest instability, but for a quick check while overclocking, SuperPi should be enough
if you have little time, use 4M or 8M
32M will need round about 30Minutes

yhx guys i really apreciate it aye i will lower my ram speed and do a test on my ht setings but is ther a good easy programi could use?

first of all, it would help to lower the HT Speed form 1000 to 800MHz (or Multi from 5 to 4)
another Problem could be your memory, so lower its speed to 166
now we can raise the HT reference from 200 to, maybe 210 and run some test if its stable, or not
if it is stable raise it to 220 or whatever you want and test again
if it will become unstable we'll read again to have a clooser look what it could be

hello, this is my first time on this site and im sorry im not germanor speak german ,but i really need some help with overclocking and i heard this was the best site EVER so i found my way through the german lang by trial and error.

any way can some 1 please help me to overclok my amd 3200+ venice core i do not know what to do my specs are

3200+venice~2.0Ghz
1 gigabyte of PQI PC-3200
ECS A-939 Motherboard
160 Gigabyte Maxtor PATA hard drive

and my case is well ventilated thank you for all your help!!!!

and if not a probelm can you please reply in English please!!!1!!1
