As I reach the maximum overclock possible I will post all data related to case/ambient/core/water temperatures. I am still testing. I hope to finish things up by next week.

Hello to all that have been following this project
I have made some quick progress with the case:
1. The water cooling system has been installed and checked for integrity. The system will cool both processors and the chipset.
2. The temperature monitoring system is complete and the setup will be measuring water temperatures entering and exiting both processors, the chipset, the radiator, and the pump. In addition, both CPU temperatures will be measured directly. Ambient and case temperatures will also captured.
3. The OS (WinXP Professional) has been installed and is running stably.
4. My first overclocking attempts have yielded a stable configuration at 150 MHZ/13 multiplier (1.95 MHZ~ 2400 rating).
5. The storage subsystem has not been impacted by the overclock. The LSI Logic Elite 1600 64 bit/66 mhz controller is driving 2 cheetah X15's in a raid 0 array without any apparent issues.
In the following pictures you can see the cooling system installation 
Currently I am evaluating the system lighting. The next steps will be to install the components in the drive cage and conclude all testing and benchmarking.
I hope to have the project completed over Labor Day weekend.

And a little question about ur HDD..
How did u moddet it? I mean, because of dust debris during removing the cover and adding the Acryl?

Uhm, I think this case is more that 6cm wide :)
But it looks great! I like especially the water system with its Tempsensors. Solid building, hehe.

Danke für die konstruktiven Anmerkungen.
Im Fall habe ich einen DIGITALSCHALLPLATTE Spieler (72X) für Nachsynchronisation, ein Plextor CDRW und einen Spieler des Pioniers DVD.
Die anderen Bestandteile, die Sie sehen, sind 2 Seagate Cheetah 15X SCSI stark Antriebe, die in den Aluminiumkühlvorrichtungen, in einem soundblaster Phasen-Antrieb und in einem Digi-Doc. für messende Wassertemperaturen sind.
Um den Punkt der Ästhetik des Antriebs anzusprechen tat ich die folgenden Änderungen:

Sie beachten, daß das CD jetzt einen Glasdeckel und eine LED für Beleuchtung hat.
Ich plane auch, einige kalte Kathoden für zusätzliche Beleuchtung anzubringen

Ich wollte mit Ihnen mein neues Projekt teilen. Der kundenspezifische Acrylfall enthält 2 Wasser abgekühlte 2100+ Athlon MPs. Ich sollte dieses Projekt innerhalb 2 Wochen beendet werden.
