Ihr habt doch alle nur keinen Bock den ganzen Text zu lesen ! Will mir denn keiner zumindest versuchen zu helfen ???

Najut....andere Frage : Was denkt ihr wieviel Saft man DDR Ram grundsätzlich mindestens geben kann ohne ein zu hohes Risiko einzugehen dass er zeitnah abraucht ? Hab mehrfachgehört, dass 3,2 Volt allgemein als sicher gelten. Kann das wär bestätigen ?

Also am Board lag es definitiv nicht. Hab jetzt mit nem anderen BIOS asynchron einen FSB von 260 Mhz geschafft....primestable
Trotzdem geht das Ganze kein Mhz höher. Liegt also am RAM. Ich hab vorhin mal die Passivkühler runtergenommen um zu gucken was genau ich da für Module hab. Und Folgendes ist dabei ruasgekommen :

Ich hab dann mal n bissel gesurf um zu gucken was man mitmehr Spannung wohl aus denenrausholen kann und bin dabei auf den folgenden englischen Text gestoßen :
The Speed Premiums tested have had a change in the ICs and now use Winbond UTT (UnTesTed) chips which are showing up all over the place. You can tell them appart from the sticks using the prior ICs not only by doing a visual, the new ones look like the bh-5/bh-6 of old, but also by the parts number on the stickers attached to the modules.
The ones tested in this review end in the coding AADT, the new ones use the coding ending in AA4T, (notice the D vs the 4). This code change is also printed on the ICs themselves, where the mfg. date is printed on the ICs, the old ones have the date (YYWW) plus the letter D, the new ones follow the Year/Week info with the number 4. An example of the old would be 0443D, like the modules used in this review and the new ones will look something like this...04514.
These new ICs, while showing no significant differences at default voltage, will scale through the roof when shot with extra voltage and perform very similar to the new line of extreme voltage memory from OCZ. In fact, there is much speculation that these same chips are used my OCZ to make their eXtreme Voltage series ram.
These sticks, with the new modules are hitting outrageous speeds of 255-275 at 2-2-2-x timings on both Intel and A64 systems. The only drawback is that you have got to be able to provide them with voltage in the 3.2v-3.6v range in order to get them to perform like this.
If you think these are not good overclockers....think again!
Wenn ich das richtig verstehe und mich nicht irre...dann sind meine Module gar nicht mal so schlecht, oder ?
Hab nen VDD Mod gemacht. Aber egal wie hoch ich die VDD Spannung setze und egal was für schlechte Timings ich beim Speicher einstelle, ich erziele immer nur ein um 4 Mhz besseres Ergebnis als vorher ? Was macht da dicht ? Ist es wahrscheinlich, dass der RAM bei 15-6-6-3 nur 4 Mhz mehr verkraftet als bei 11-2-2-2 ? Ist es wahrscheinlich, dass das Board trotz Mod nur 4 Mhz höher geht...egal bei welcher Spannung ? Oder macht vielleicht gar die CPU zu ? Und vorallem : Wie finde ich das raus ? Helft !

Die ist ja schon maximal eingestellt. Also meinste ein vdd Mod könnte noch n b issel was reißen ?

Dann is es wohl das board das nicht mehr macht.
