this normal that the moddet vcore is not the real vcore. I have normaly 1,6V and Bios show 1,57V. Moddet to 1,85 and I have 1,82V. Or you control your Pins again, sometimes maybe  pin is nor connectet, this could happen.

i have kt600-a and axda1800LU3C
I MOD VCORE TO 1.85 BY MOD PIN ON SOCKET(00000)
BUT BIOS SHOW 1.8V
PLEASE HELP ME MOD TO 1.85V
